Formint stores prompts, generated project graphs, revisions, and export records so users can resume and download their work. Data retention is tied to the user account and beta operations unless deletion is requested.

Prompts and project data are not used for training Formint-owned models. Third-party model providers may process prompt text when LLM intent parsing is enabled; provider use is disclosed in Data Processing.

Users should avoid adding unnecessary PII. Error logs may include operational context and failure messages, but should not intentionally include secrets. To delete stored project data, send a deletion request to [email protected].

We disclose third-party infrastructure and provider categories so teams can decide whether the beta fits their data handling requirements.
